Initial Consultation with Our Team
A complimentary assessment to understand your needs and outline your potential treatment journey. We may take photographs, x-rays, or an intraoral scan. A £50 deposit secures your appointment — fully refundable if you don't proceed, or deducted from your treatment cost if you do.
Specialist Orthodontist Consultation
A detailed examination of your teeth, bite, and smile, checking for any underlying concerns. We'll work with you to understand your goals and build a personalised treatment plan — a 2D or 3D x-ray may be recommended first for a complete diagnosis.
Flexible Payment Options
Choose a customised payment plan or a convenient pay-as-you-go approach — whichever best fits your budget and needs.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed altogether, will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

We see children from age 6 for an initial assessment. Early interceptive treatment can, in some cases, reduce the need for more complex orthodontics or extractions later on — your specialist orthodontist will advise what's right for your child at their consultation.
SDA Dental Studio is a private practice and we don't offer NHS-funded orthodontic treatment. However, we have no waiting list, and we're happy to see children who've been turned away by the NHS, privately.
Metal braces use stainless steel brackets and wires and remain one of the most effective options for complex cases. Clear braces use tooth-coloured or ceramic brackets that blend in more discreetly. We'll talk through which suits your case, budget, and preferences at your consultation.
Cost depends on the complexity and length of your treatment plan, which we'll go through in detail at your consultation. We offer both a customised payment plan and a pay-as-you-go option, so you can choose whichever suits your budget.
